EUDR: turn a CSV or KML plot list into a GeoJSON for TRACES
The EU Information System imports GeoJSON. Turn a supplier’s CSV or KML plot list into a valid GeoJSON, free, without uploading it.
What the EU Information System expects
The import expects GeoJSON; a PDF, a text file or a password-protected file is rejected.

Fix it by hand
Export the spreadsheet as CSV with one row per plot: latitude and longitude columns (or a wkt column for a boundary), plus producer, country and area if you have them.
Fix it automatically
The checker reads CSV (comma or semicolon, decimal point or comma), KML and GeoJSON, and gives back a GeoJSON that follows the system’s rules.
Nothing is uploaded: the file is read in your browser.
Why this checker
- It repairs what can be repaired, instead of only listing errors.
- The file never leaves your computer.
- Your supplier can check and fix their own file, then send it with a SHA-256 certificate.
- Each checked file comes with a TRACES filing sheet, and the 6 steps up to the reference number.
